The cooperage had the pleasure of welcoming a group of 20 Swiss winegrowers on 19 February. After a tour of the cooperage in the morning, our guests went back in time in the afternoon with a visit to a Cognac House steeped in history.
At the end of the day we got together with the group for a wine tasting session. Here we were able to explain the impact of the toast on the aromatic profile of wines. The day came to an end with a pleasant, friendly meal together.
