The extension of the yard work is coming along. The 2 additional hectares, currently under construction, will carry the natural 100% oak drying area to a total size of 8 hectares.

This realization will allow to go ahead in the drying control but also in traceability of wood, thus in barrels quality. This investment is the resultant of the auto-supplying policy. The first objective remains the deep desire to go further in expertise, in know-how and in wood quality in order to produce high quality products.
