La Tonnellerie Vicard continues to renovate and improve its production site. We will soon plant about 1,500 linear metres of hedges around our wood park and set up an ecosystem to promote biodiversity with about 30 varieties of honey plants and other grasses.
These hedges will provide an additional barrier against the wind and will maintain better relative humidity. Faced with global warming, they will better protect our stocks of staves from excessive heat. Then, beehives will be set up on the edge of the site.
